Live wedding painting is priced across a very wide international range, and what moves the figure is always the same: the size of the canvas, the studio hours that follow the event, and the artist’s travel. Those three factors are what separate the four packages below.

We quote no figures from other artists because none have been verified, and we publish no fixed rate because every wedding is quoted separately.

All four pieces are oil on canvas: painted live during the wedding and finished in the studio.

Travel

Jeremy works out of San José and travels to the venue. Travel is not part of the package: the couple covers transport, accommodation where the date calls for it, and travel expenses. The amount is worked out against the actual venue and put in writing before anything is signed.

Weddings outside Costa Rica are accepted, and every arrangement is coordinated with the couple. To date Jeremy has painted only inside the country — we say so here so nobody books expecting an international track record that does not exist yet.

What is not included

Each package includes exactly what its list says, and nothing more. The following is quoted separately.

Travel and expenses: Covered by the coupleTransport, accommodation where the date calls for it, and travel expenses, worked out against the venue.
Shipping and delivery: Ships worldwide, carefully packed; the cost is covered by the couple.The piece is delivered between 1 and 2 months after the event, once the touch-ups and drying are finished.
Framing: Not part of any packageCost to confirmAll four packages specify the canvas, not a frame.

How to book

First, a personalized contract is signed. Then, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. A video call is scheduled one month before to finalize details, and the remaining balance is paid.

Invoicing

VAT: Available. Stated in the quote and in the contract.
Electronic invoice: Available, for companies and anyone who needs a tax receipt.

The video call defines the scene to be immortalized, so the piece reflects what you are expecting.
Cancellation and date-change terms are set out in the personalized contract.
Accepted payment methods are agreed in the contract; they are not published here yet.

Book the date

A 50% deposit holds the day. The scene is decided together on the video call the month before.
