An artist paints your wedding while it happens: you choose the scene, and the canvas fills in front of your guests.
What it is
An artistic experience where the artist paints a scene from your wedding live, during the event.
The scene is agreed with you on a video call one month before, and you choose the photograph that becomes the painting. On the day the artist arrives an hour early, sets up where people walk past, and paints in oil while the party happens around him.
This is not a portrait commissioned weeks later from a photograph. It is a piece that starts, moves and is watched growing by the people who were there.

No wedding has been painted outside Costa Rica yet: the availability is real, the track record abroad is not. Travel, accommodation and expenses are agreed before signing.
What makes this one different
The guests’ brushstroke
The easel stands where people walk past, so the piece can be followed all night. If you want them to, guests and family can add a brushstroke to the canvas: that part stays inside the painting that later hangs in your home.

The video of the process
The painting process is recorded, and the video is delivered along with the artwork. The wedding is not only painted: how it was painted, while it was happening, is kept too.
The likeness
The question almost nobody asks out loud is “what if it doesn’t look like us?”. The answer is constant communication throughout the process: we review the likeness with you and make improvements before the piece is considered finished.
Oil, not acrylic
Oil dries slowly, and that margin is exactly what allows correcting, softening and working the detail in the studio. The time is not a delay: it is the finish.
At the end of the night the couple stops in front of the canvas and sees their own wedding painted, with the guests around them.
That is what happens that night. The finished piece arrives later, once the oil has dried and the studio work is done.

After the wedding
The piece leaves the studio between 1 and 2 months after the event.
In the studio. Between 20 and 50 hours of work depending on the package: detail, tone, and the drying that oil demands.
Review. We check the likeness with you before the piece is called finished. Nothing is closed behind your back.
Delivery. Between 1 and 2 months after the event, with the video of the process. If the piece travels, it is packed for transit and shipping is covered by the client.
When this is not the right fit
If what you want is to hang the painting that same night, this is not the service. It is painted in oil, and oil leaves the studio between one and two months after the wedding.
That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation being smoothed over: the finish and the durability come from the oil, and oil needs that time.
